This year's Club AGM will be held on Sunday 1st November from 18:30 at The Empire Club, 20 Penhill Road, Lancing, BN15 8HJ

The forthcoming Club AGM is the annual opportunity for the club membership to;

Submit proposals, for changes to the club rules or constitution 📖

Submit nominations, for club commitee and assisting positions 🪪

Members attending the AGM can also;

Hear the annual reports of the existing commitee members 📃

Vote for or against any submitted proposals or nominations 🗳

Elect the new club commitee members for 2026 👮‍♂️

Agree the membership and race entry fees for 2026 💰

Discuss any new ideas for continued improvement 💡

2026 Championship Winners Trophies Images for illustration purposes.

The annual presentation of trophies to the club summer and winter class champions will also take place during the evening of the AGM 🏆

The club rules for the Brushless Mini class are as per the current AMCC class rules available at Brushless Mini Rules 📖

These rules supercede any previous versions issued by the club for this class
